    This is really a great way to protect your investments. Have not had to try and use the warranty yet so I do not know how good they are yet. My feeling is they will go out of there way to satisy their customers just by the way they treated us when we upgraded our Kindle to the HD. They quickly refunded the unused portion of the warranty when we notified them of what we were doing. Based on that they are quite responsive.
