Worth a listen,
This disc serves a number of purposes, all good. First of all, it’s a sampler disc, giving you a taste of some music you might otherwise not hear. Secondly, acoustic versions (and live ones, for that matter) allow other interpretations by the original artists, which you seldom hear outside the concert venue. Overall, the quality and selections are good, and I got a chance to hear Henley do a cover of “Rain or Shine”, which was worth the price of the disc.

|Odd Choices, Great Music,
Some of the artist choices on this are odd – why no Bob Dylan or Nirvana? That said, I was very impressed with the performances. This is an album of great music.
